If you follow me on Facebook or Instagram then you already know our new, furry baby. His name is Frank and he is the most adorable Cavapoo one will ever meet. Okay, I may be a bit biased when it comes to just how cute he may be. But seriously?? I mean, the dog looks like a stuffed animal. The cute factor is almost out of this world. He is also the most lovable, cuddly, goofy and smart dog I’ve ever met. He is only 10 weeks and he’s already learning to sit, come and fetch. He loves to play chase with Emma-Kate and adores spending his mornings in my lap while I work.

While he tolerates posing for my iPhone, he is not a fan of my camera, especially when I put my big 70-200mm lens on. So, I have only a few ‘real’ photos to share. Here are a few of my favorites – aka the only ones where he isn’t a blur. Enjoy!

Chante and Daniel decided to have a First Look. They were so glad they did! They both said they felt so relaxed afterwards and were thankful for those few quiet moments together. I love how happy Chante looks here!

St. Edwards Wedding – Curran Hall Reception – Chante and Daniel’s Little Rock Wedding

Chante and Daniel were married at St. Edwards Catholic Church in downtown Little Rock. They celebrated their marriage with family and friends at Curran Hall. It was a beautiful day with blue skies and big puffy white clouds. Chante and her team of vendors did an amazing job of creating a beautiful, relaxed and unique wedding. Tanarah is one of my all-time favorite floral designers to work with and I adore what she and her team created for Chante and Daniel’s day. I loved the bouquets, the vintage inspired details and old family photos. It was such a beautiful wedding and there were so many wonderful details that I decided to split their wedding post into two! Chante and Daniel are married, so now I get to share her beautiful bridal portraits with all of you! Chante is a super sweet and endearing girl. She has been an amazing client to work with and it’s been my pleasure getting to know her and Daniel over the past many months. We had a great time shooting her bridals at Curran Hall in downtown Little Rock, and I love how green and lush everything was – the perfect setting for a bridal session. She and her husband live in Little Rock and they are expecting their first baby next month! Rachel’s Little Rock Headshots

Meet Rachel. This awesome chic is not only one of my best friends, but she also works as my assistant on weddings and some portrait sessions. She’s super fun, super sweet and I can almost guarantee that she will make you laugh. She loves all things wedding and is a romantic at heart, so she’s a natural for this job. Last week, we headed out in the evening to take some new headshots for her. Since we both live in downtown Little Rock, we opted to shoot in my neighborhood and take advantage of the rose bushes and lovely sidewalks.

In addition to Rachel’s portraits, I wanted to use this blog post as a way for my blog readers to get to know a little about her. Here are a few fun facts about Rach:

1) What do you love about weddings?

I love the creativity you get to see at weddings. Couples have such a unique way of exhibiting their own style. But above all else, it’s all about the florals for me.

2) What’s your favorite pastime?

Favorite pasttime would be playing Kickball. I’m taking a season off, but I definitely miss dressing up in crazy costumes each weekend and playing with my friends.

3) If you could travel to any one place where would that be? What would you do there?

Alaska, to see the Northern Lights.

4) Are you afraid of bees?

LOL, not afraid of bees, thank goodness!

5) What books are on your nightstand right now?

Right now I’m reading, a sappy romance novel “Only for love,” and “The Life and Death of the Great American School System,” and my Nook

6) If you could only eat one cuisine for the rest of your life what would it be?

Oh man, that’s a tough one. I would have to say it’s a close call between sushi and pepperoni pizza.

7) What’s your favorite coffee to get from Starbucks?

STARBUCKS, NO WAY! I’m a Boulevard Bread Co. kinda girl. Their soy mochas are so yummy!
