As mother’s day approaches, we find ourselves thinking of ways to thank our mothers and grandmothers for all that they do. Day in and day out, the important women in our lives sacrifice, love and give unconditionally. What can we do to repay them? How can we truly thank them for such a special relationship?

Soiree’s Glam Shoot and Giveaway by Little Rock Photographer Meredith Melody

Last month, I had the pleasure of photographing the editor of Soiree, Jennifer Pyron, and two of her staff members. These women are smart, funny, talented and produce a beautiful magazine each month. We had a total blast spending the day chatting, laughing and just having a good time while creating some beautiful images together. This wasn’t just a photoshoot. We had a special project in mind. The shoot was a collaboration between the magazine and my studio to create a giveaway contest inspired by and for amazing women.

Do you know a woman in your life who could use a day of total relaxation of pampering? A women would could use a day away from it all to enjoy a makeover and to feel beautiful? Arkansas Business Headshots – Little Rock Portrait Photographer

Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing some of the editors and sales staff for some of Arkansas Business’ awesome publications, such as Arkansas Bride, Arkansas Green Guide and Arkansas Next. It was a day full of hair, makeup, wardrobe changes, laughter and lots of fun. Here are a few of my favorite headshots from the day’s shoot:

I was able to squeeze in a few before and afters so you can see how fun the hair, makeup and posing transformation at my studio can be. Pretty awesome, right?!

Baby Lillian is Here!

Last month, one of my dearest friends from college delivered the sweetest, most precious little girl. She is truly a beautiful baby and I could not be more thrilled for Sarah and her husband, John. I cannot wait to photograph this little princess as grows up! I am so excited to share this post – I had to wait since Sarah picked one of these images for their Holiday card.
