My take on boudoir is sophisticated, glamourous and always in the best of taste. These sessions are meant to capture the real, beautiful, sensual you. I love these sessions because I can make any woman feel absolutely sexy and sure of herself. Your comfort is the most important part of your session. I always treat my clients as I would like to be treated, and I want you to feel absolutely beautiful and totally comfortable. Prior to your session, we’ll go over ideas and questions – and you’ll tell me a little about what you think are your best features. You don’t have to have a model’s body to look gorgeous and sexy in your photos and you don’t need to worry about posing…. Don’t stress about how you look – it’s my job is to bring out your sassy, beautiful self!

HOW MUCH DOES THE SESSION COST? WHAT DOES THE SESSION INCLUDE?

Your 90-120 minute boudoir session will be held at my studio in Little Rock and I enlist a professional hair stylist and makeup artist to help your inner diva shine through. I’VE DECIDED I WANT TO BOOK A BOUDOIR SESSION WITH YOU, NOW WHAT?

Awesome! Send me an email by clicking here and let me know you’d like to book a session. My booking process and billing is all done online for your convenience. I offer payment plans for most packages and you can pay online by credit card or by mailing a check. Once I’ve received your signed contract and deposit, we will get your shoot scheduled and you can start planning for the experience of a lifetime!

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR THE SESSION?

The best thing about boudoir sessions is that its all about you and letting your inner (and outer!) beauty shine through. There isn’t a lot you should do to prepare. Don’t go on some crazy diet, spray yourself orange with fake tanner or get a radical new hair color. It’s my job to understand the female body and to find the most flattering poses for your body type and personality, so you can relax, enjoy and feel sexy in your own skin. Its helpful for some women to do a little posing research and bring photos of poses they would like to try. I encourage you to think about how you want to look and help me understand how you want your images to turn out (sweet? bold? smoldering? pin-up?). My boudoir sessions are always classy, sophisticated and glamourous. These sessions allow you to reveal the  sensual inner you – not to change how you really look. Come as you are and be prepared to have fun flaunting your stuff!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? HOW MANY OUTFITS SHOULD I BRING?

Wear what you feel most comfortable and beautiful in. When you wear something you feel great in, you’re more likely to look and feel good about yourself. I recommend two or three outfits  and that you bring more than you think you will need just in case you decide to change outfits at the last minute.  If you’re looking for lingerie ideas, I recommend Victoria’s Secret or Fredrick’s of Hollywood, but there are tons of other websites and stores out there so there’s a lot to choose from. Also, don’t feel limited wearing to lingerie. A man’s dress shirt, camisoles, sports jerseys and fitted tee’s with boy-shorts are comfortable, more modest and still super cute.  I recommend is at least one good, supportive, push-up bra, lacey undies, and a great pair of strapy stilettos or platform pumps! Hosiery (especially thigh-highs!), garter belts and jewelry also add an extra element of seduction. Anything that is sentimental or holds a special meaning to you or your significant other are great to add to your session when considering giving your images as a gift.

HOW DOES THE SESSION WORK?

For both full and marathon sessions, I ask that you arrive exactly at your appointment time. We’ll go over the outfits you bring with you and any props/special items you want included, any specific poses you have in mind, and we’ll talk through any questions or concerns you may have. You’ll change clothes and then we’ll begin the session. I’ll be sure to assist you in matching the right accessories to your clothing before we begin shooting. During the session, I’ll explain how I’m photographing you and gently guide you into natural and flattering poses. I’ll give you lots of encouragement and compliments along the way. You’ll leave feeling like a rockstar!

RETOUCHING
Retouching is included with every session, as it’s such an important part of making these images more than just another picture. All of the photographs in your gallery are retouched to smooth skin on the face and body where needed. (Please note: Retouching does not include body sculpting or making you two sizes smaller than you really are.)

WILL MY IMAGES BE USED ON YOUR WEBSITE OR BLOG?

I will never use your images without your permission. I like to create a blog post from all of my portrait sessions, including boudoir, but your privacy is always one of my biggest concerns and discretion is key with boudoir images. I will always ask before posting images from your session and I am happy to show you a proof of my blog post before publishing it.
